Ingredients

  • 1 x 50g serve Wholey Foods Breakfast Smoothie Vanilla

  • 250ml rice, soy or almond

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
